So ****ing what if it's "offensive"? Talk about it, slate her, post about it online, start a twitter war against her, let her come out to bad headlines. Let other HMs judge her if they seem fit.
Don't sit demanding that every little offensive comment means punishment / sanctions / removal! What are we supposed to watch for ten weeks? A bunch of people biting their tongues and making sure not to make the oh-so-delicate great British public huff and puff? How utterly boring.
