Ashleigh is sweet, but she isn't a Zoe one emotion type of person. If you put a Helen in her face she reacts because she is human. Her emotions are real and her interactions with the housemates are real.

I tend to think of 'sweet' as this like childlike innocence where glitter just pours out of every orifice and not really as a compliment, which is why I don't really consider Ashleigh sweet. That's not to say I don't think she's a nice or caring person though.
