Yeah you are right it does get predictable and ends up feeling like old ground.

I think there has been some brave ideas this year (golden pass, killer nomination etc) but they have not necessarily worked for the good of the show. I guess it's hard to tell until you try.

But there has been an excessive level of BB production meddling with twists etc this year which has affected the organic process of the show and HMs relationships playing out naturally. I guess the production team work hard to avoid any boring moments which is understandable.

The choice of HM as well makes the whole thing predictable - they always choose big egos and confrontational types. Then they create tasks to stir everyone up against each other.

Perhaps the freshest idea would be to put in the most interesting HMs they can find, leave it to evolve naturally and show the subtle moments of human interaction rather than 'crazy party time' and have vote to save rather than evict.

But then would everyone find that 'old skool' BB approach too boring in this day and age? It's a tough one.

I think this post is probably spot on in my view.

Maybe I should have just stopped watching and accept that I've probably overdone it a bit on BB.

Maybe others will catch up to this view in time.

I like the "freshest idea" but as you say, that may not work either.

Ah well such is life
