thanks for making this thread Caitlin, it's lovely to come back to!
So yeah, my boy has been given the all clear.. They can't detect any leukaemia at all, even using the most sensitive, molecular testing. I can't even begin to explain how it felt to receive the good news... It was either going to be this or a bone marrow transplant which would have meant relocating again to Glasgow for the treatment, then 6 months at home with no visitors and no leaving the house.. Relieved is an understatement. Obviously, he'll be monitored closely for the next 5 years, but for now I can say my son kicked cancers arse.. hard!
