The Ukrainians have accepted a massive IMF loan in return for their capitulation. While all this has been going on, the state control Russian media has been reporting from their current front line that the Russian army could march to Poland or Germany. These statements just don't concur with the story that is being told in the discussions over the ceasefire.
This is the second time a ceasefire has been agreed on and as we all know, the first one never happened.
