It doesn't bear thinking about , however as you say, that could be the case.
The SNP will never support a Conservative Queens speech, they could get difficult with Labour too and refuse to back theirs,especially if Ed Miliband digs his heels in.
Nicola Sturgeon is expecting him to 'want' to work with the SNP but he doesn't change his mind much really.

As you say,in that scenario too, the only thing to do would be to have to hold another general election.
Tempers on here would likely be strained well beyond the limit.
