..Leon....I don't think that there are any words that will make any difference to how you feel right now, it's something that no one can take away from you and something that you have to go through, it totally sucks..I know that you will probably feel that you have to be strong for your sister and her grief and others in your family but holding in your grief and what you feel will only make you less able to be there for them and help them because it'll only weaken you to hold it inside...it's just too many layers for you to cope with...try not to be afraid of the strength of your own emotions and of letting them go and releasing them whenever they flow over you...I'm so, so sorry for yours and your family's losses.....
