If you're concentrating on what other people are doing or wearing in a restaurant as opposed to what you're eating, you shouldn't really be in one cause you're doing it wrong

The human body is natural and clothes are man made, there is no reason why anyone should be obligated to wear clothes if they don't want to (with very few exceptions)
