To be honest, Georgina is pretty moan-y/bitchy, so if anything Emma was just telling her to shut the **** up. I don't really blame her. Georgina does groan a lot.

Yes, it could be the case that it was a culmination of a lot of different instances where Georgina has been moaning/bitching, and this might have just been the moment where Emma felt she had to say something (rather than her having a major issue with that specific conversation) and there's nothing wrong with that imo, in an environment like that if you have differences with someone it's best to let them out otherwise they'll never be resolved and they'll just build. She wasn't aggressive, or rude, or argumentative, she was just letting out a frustration that she has with Georgina's personality, and getting it off her chest and doing it to her face without being aggressive was the mature thing to do and well handled.
