I agree about the personality thing but Alana has great personality anyway but tbh I've watched GBBO and making good professional cakes may look easy but there's more to it then you think and i guess she does some designs and things so that's also tricky.

I used to make all sorts of cakes and biscuits for years, but had to stop as I became a Diabetic, but can still make cup cakes using fake sugar, but not so much as they are very laxative. Not saying Alana is bad at making them, just that a lot of people can, as it isn't that hard. Can't get the smiley to work....
