Like Niamh said, like Armand said, anyone can be a bigot, the colour of your skin makes no difference.

And let's not forget, while slavery was an absolutely abhorrent thing, some slaves were sold to white people by black people and Arabs. What's more, because black people had no power back then, none at all, it was forward-thinking white people who had slavery abolished. When I say "abolished" I mean what we traditionally, historically, regard as "The Slave Trade" because slavery is alive and well and oppressing people of all colours.

Ridiculous comparison, the two are in no way similar .

It was progressives that had slavery abolished, the same people who are described as the loony left social justice warriors incidentally, it's a funny old world.
