Celebrity Big Brother 2017: Nicola McLean causes outrage after row with Kim Woodburn

Nicola McLean caused outrage on tonight's Celebrity Big Brother 2017 in a row with Kim Woodburn.

Yesterday, Housemates were called to give nominations in the Diary Room. Eternally nominated Speidi were already up for eviction and so could not be nominated, nor could eternally immune James Cosmo.

In a nominations twist, Big Brother decided to gather Housemates on the sofas to watch this week’s nominations back via the screen as the results were revealed.

In the nominations reveal, housemates saw that Kim chose to nominate Nicola and during her nomination and claimed that Nicola had told lies about her.

After nominations, Nicola asked Kim what she “supposedly” lied about. Kim told Nicola to accept the nominations and said she didn’t have to explain herself adding, “I will not rise to your bait.”

Later, Nicola explained to Speidi the reason why she was angry with Kim. She said that Kim brought her children into an argument and called her a “bad mum.”

Spencer recalled that this was during face-to-face nominations but Kim had since denied saying it. “Tell everyone how I’m a liar,” Nicola shouted after Kim.

“She’s a mother-*******ing little b***h,” Nicola continued.

The row then escalated with Kim snapping: “Grow up, you’re a mum.”

“And you’re not, that’s your problem," Nicola replied.

She added: "If you wanna go low, I’ll go lower."

The remark caused outrage online, especially given recent headlines about Kim's past that Nicola is unaware of.

In a recent article in Reveal magazine before entering the house, Kim opened up how she tragically lost her child when aged 23.

Kim said: "It was a very sad part of my life. I would never go back to visit the spot where it happened. That would just be too much. I couldn't do it."

One viewer tweeted: "Nicola.. that was absolutely disgusting 💀 you just do not go that low #CBB

Another added: "That was simply not on from Nicola. #CBB"

A third wrote: "There's a line, and that's WAY past it. Too personal - no arguments. #CBB"
