I don't think it can have been as simple as 3 normal cans of red bull though. The article says he had at least 500mg of caffeine... a can of red bull is under 80mg so three would only be 240mg. I think at least one of the drinks (the one he chugged) must have been one of those cheapo 750ml bottles (the equivalent of 3 cans on its own).
