What kind of friend just laughs in your face when you are clearly hurt? Raph, ofc.

What was he doing?

Chan is his strongest ally in there, and he laughs in a really REALLY fake way at her being rightfully upset that her name is not even known, to the point that she walks away. And he still laughs at her.

With friends like that, eh?
