Of course the dilemma was too easy.
The twist is,
You killed someone based on the information you were given, that information was a lie and it was given to you by the killer and he used you to kill an innocent person.
By pressing the button you detonated a small bomb located in the office of the boss of your
company.
People make decisions based on the information they are given but making decisions based on false information is dangerous and costly.
