The writers of this are on record as saying they’ve deliberately produced it in a way which explores the possibility that the Ingram's were innocent, so don’t be surprised if some of the episodes appear to be sympathetic towards them. I actually think that makes it more fun if we’re left to draw our own conclusions. Apparently the stage show (which this is based on) had the audience vote Guilty or Innocent each night

Great opener. Personally really enjoyed the commissioning/piloting part, Millionaire was a phenomenon so it was interesting to see the inner workings of that. My favourite bit was actually all the syndicate stuff though, never knew about any of that
