Tbh I would even agree with you in a lot of cases that people jump on the reason of things being racially motivated even when they're not/might not be, however in this instance I do think it was and I don't think it was an accident either when he was saying he couldn't breathe, then they didn't even try to save him

Pretty much all perps say the cuffs are too tight, I can't breathe. It's s common call and cops have been known to relent only to be attacked or shot as the perp grabs this gun.

Watch any cop docu and you will see a crim who is resistng arrest shriek and whail they are being ill treated or are about to be injured

Cops hear this every day. Sadly

Yes, "perps" often have a pair of cuffs around their neck don't they. Or do they breathe through their wrists in Murica?

Meanwhile, this guy put his body weight on an unarmed man's windpipe, KILLED HIM and you'll think of every excuse under the sun to deny any wrongdoing. For what? Kicks?

The policeman's knee was not on the windpipe.

You can't put weight on any part of someone's neck for more than a few seconds and not risk causing serious injury. On this occasion, I seriously hope you're "joking" or deliberately being obtuse and actually know that. I feel like everyone must know that? I honestly don't know why you would pretend not to. All it does is make you look painfully, in fact in this instance dangerously, stupid.

Pretty much any sane and reasonable person woth their knee on the neck of anybody who was complaining and became increasingly subdued knows that excessive force is being applied.

Thankfully the officers have been sacked and will hopefully face criminal convictions and can spend a lot of time thinking about whether or not he was sat on the man's windpipe and caused his death. It will be no consolation to the family but a little bit of closure.

Carry on being edgy and defending it though...its very amusing

With it being America, I think if the case even went to court it would only be a charge of excessive force being used.
