Yes they do but it may have an impact on the rest of us if we go into lockdown again but hey ho yeah you can't legislate for these people, the UK has one of the softer lockdowns in Europe with regard to going outside and getting exercise, we are not seeing this level of stupidity in other countries, maybe it is happening and it is not being reported, the UK is certainly making the headlines in the media abroad though More than the going to the beach what is most disappointing to me is the amount of trash they are leaving behind
