I would be very, very surprised if England goes into full lockdown again even if there is a second wave. Even if its worse than the first wave. I'd be surprised if any of the larger European economies do. They've seen the damage now, its catastrophic, they'll fiddle whatever figures they have to to stop it happening again. Specific closures, mandatory mask wearing, or very localised lockdown maybe. Full lockdown will never happen again.

Well that's true, I think its all about Economies now for a lot of countries

...and not just for economic reasons, I think it would be catastrophic for mental well-being ...(...of adults and children...)...should there be another full lockdown for any sustained length of time...
