I didn't dispute that Nicky, my issue is the way he spoke to them, it's highly unprofessional to speak an employee like that and if he wasn't who he was he'd probably be being brought before an employment tribunal

exactly. You cannot shout and swear at your workforce as that is bullying. If they didn't follow guidelines then follow suitable protocol for their corrective action

yeah ok, it are the right intentions but maybe the wrong way how he spoke to them, i understand it now
