I also randomly lost like 4 stone since my depression started lifting. Its so odd. I didnt realise how big I had got until I wasnt. Last week I found some old tracksuit bottoms and I kinda fit into one leg now. Have not lost half my body weight but seem to have lost half the size
![]() Edit. Though **** knows how am still losing really. Yesterday I ate -Bacon sandwich - 2 packs of french fries - Icecream and strawberry sauce - Whole thing of strawberries - Mcdonalds - 4 bags of hula hoops - 2 chocolate cupcakes that the kids made And drank 2 litres of coke. I should be piling it on really.
