She's seen all the pics and never says he's touching her, she's naked, he's got her posing in a suggestive manner - just that she's horizontal.

You're absolutely right in your first point, I don't think anyone disagree's with that. You're basically stating the obvious. Suspicion isn't a crime.

But there's a strong sense that there is more to this that what we're being led to believe.

So who is investigating these suspicions? What are they saying? What evidence do they have? Let's see and hear it. That sounds a sensible thing to do.
