So what about if there's a self defense angle?. What if Heard was beating him and he tried to hold her hands and tell her to stop and she continued??. Didn't he use to leave the room before things escalated??. I saw the kitchen video where she follows him while filming him .

It’s not a criminal trial, it’s a defamation case. She says he hit her. He says he didn’t and so that’s libel. If he did, for any reason, it’s not libel.

People seem to be forgetting that this is a civil case trying to prove defamation… it is NOT a criminal trial trying to prove assault or abuse.

But there's holes in Heard's version of events . And why does she put such emphasis on the carpet being "so dirty" and the floor being "white and tiled". If there's domestic violence going on and she's being assaulted and thrown on the ground , the least of her worries would be the decor surely ? .

She also doesn't seem to remember if she threw anything at Depp, and she contradicted herself by saying she's never landed anything on him yet before she said she slapped him. It's as if it doesn't matter that she hit him.

And in the text messages the apology he makes , says nothing about him getting 'physical' with her.... he just apologises for his anger and behaviour in general. And her replies back to him mention nothing about him 'hitting' her .

And when she remembers their first kiss , she smiles and looks happy . If he was this horrible woman beater why would she look so happy? . If she'd suffered so badly at his hands .....then she would now be repulsed and those once 'happy memories' would now be tainted surely?? .

Why did she act it out with hand gestures like she's the 'AGGRESSOR' . She also let slip and said who was really the one walking away to de escalate the fight, which must have been Depp .

But she says he pulled her back and grabbed her hair. But everything she describes, is like she's acting out the abuser's actions.

If I was re telling a fight of someone grabbing my hair,I would not use the hand gestures she used.

I dont understand why this man(and I say that loosely) is lauded over all over the internet.

This man, who would allow drug taking, who by allowing drug taking has aided in the death and near death of some very young impressionable adults.

A man who was being sued for fraud, before the man suing him mysteriously disappears, never to be seen again, days before he was due to give his testimony against Depp.

A man everyone shouts he is the abused...when we have a video of him smashing up a kitchen, and grabbing a phone out the hands of his alleged abuser. Yet nobody mentions anything about "would an abused person act so tough in front of his abuser" but they instantly jump up to shout it from the rooftops about amber heard.

This man has used and abused all his spoilt, entitled adult life.

I also agree with Parmy that there's been absolutely no indication, in any of the trial evidence, or during the trial itself, that he's "afraid of Amber Heard". Johnny puts on a front to try and hide his pain ,but over the years there was warning signs he was in an abusive relationship .he even told his fans at an even that he was "scared and wanted to leave" , people laughed thinking it was just him being silly. But now people think it was a cry for help . I don't think he knew how to handle Heard at first ,and I think he wanted the relationship to still work until it took a very toxic route.

Banging kitchen cupboards yes he has an anger issue, he knows this. I think he would rather do that and harm himself than lay a finger on her. And he tried to grab her phone because he knew she was filming him, he's not exactly alone there !?.. how many of us would want to be filmed at our worst / whilst having a breakdown. She got pleasure from it .


Amazing how she has that silly kitchen clip, and loads of audio which reveals no physical abuse . And no evidence that he assaulted her with a bottle . That is the most hideous grim things to lie about! .

She claims he shoved a bottle in her privates repeatedly. If that really happened ,then she'd need medical attention whether she accepted the help or not.

She'd be scarred not only mentally but physically,and would need surgery. She'd be bleeding and in utter agony.
Yet there's no medical reports and no witnesses. Something that horrific would have put her out of action, there's no way she'd be walking around like nothing happened.
