Today I’m starting to drastically cut down my sugar intake .. I’m also gradually increasing my water intake as I’ve read some encouraging things ... apparently 2L a day maybe isn’t enough ?!?
I’ve just tried excluding bread for a fortnight but it made zero difference as I replaced bread with cake / biscuits !
I should exclude sugar , bread and TREATS but my willpower isn’t strong enough at the current time.
