Serious question, how would you react if this became a family matter with one of your children coming out as trans?

I would make sure I protected them as much as possible, get them in to see a therapist who would work through whatever issues they were having. Keep them a way from medicalisation for as long as possible until they really understood the implications of that, if as adults they still wanted to go down that path of course I'd support them and love them, are you suggesting I'd stop loving my own children? I hope not.
