the oscar awards have rarely made any sense to me. In the area i am most knowledgeable about, the music side of it, the winner is pretty much a similar pick to eurovision and i have a feeling films are similarly picked

Sometimes it's the critics liking it and not the public, but I watched it on Amazon Prime and these are the user scores.

Yeah same with me, If it hadn't been one of the Oscar nominated films that i was trying to watch before the show I wouldn't have even finished it, it was such a chore to get through
