She was already a bit mental before the demon turned up, fantasy about killing people.
Then he turned up and was like the Boney M guy she fancied, she changed his appearance in his head.
The final scene I think was just made up in her head, the demon reappeared and then she dreamed up the apocalypse.
Also arent all the episodes in the same universe, and thats why there are all these Easter eggs with references to other episodes? If the apocalypse was real then how would that fit into the universe.

The only argument I see for it being real is the demon telling her the future, how did she know the first guy she murdered had a little girl? could have been a good guess or some unconscious knowledge from living in a small town.
