I really cannot grasp the level of hatred towards Paul. I think last night’s episode was the first time I’ve seen him have any kind of lengthy input on any subject, whether he was right or wrong, so there isn’t much to go off. I’ve seen comments about him being a pig and constantly talking about smut, which I’ve yet to actually see him do on the show. The only thing I think this can be based on is Jordan’s nominations, so I feel some people need to form a genuine opinion rather than going off hearsay. He’s by no means my favourite. Not even close. However, I think there’s a bandwagon that so many people have firmly jumped on and it’s not a good look. Oh, and before anyone starts, yes I’m aware of the stuff he’s supposed to have said before the show started. However, people are allowed to make mistakes, and from the little bits I’ve seen of him, I can’t see any outright bigotry on his part.

I think I’m also detecting some unconscious bias towards Liverpool if I’m honest.

I did have some sympathy with him because he knows he overreacted, I think controlling his anger is probably something he's had to work quite hard at hence his disappointment in himself

It did also seem like his disagreement with Noky had finished because they smiled about how stupid they looked in the ant costumes and that's when Olivia made her comment which is what set him off because that's one of his better friends in the house who's now having a pop at him as well. In the end I think Olivia is right - he's allowed to be cranky sometimes and have a bad day but he should also apologise for the reaction because it was ott

Give over. How are you getting bias towards Liverpool because people don’t like Paul. It’s nothing to do with where he’s from. It’s his actions and personality people don’t like. You should watch live feed. It gives you more insight into him and others.

….but then, in that learning to control his anger…if that was the thing…he also has to consider that he’s in the wrong place to enable that, which is what his thoughts are with the late night/early morning bedroom disruptions…’you have to adapt to me’ is his mindset…but if you want and hope for tolerance and understanding and consideration etc then you have to show tolerance and understanding and consideration etc…he’s a boxer, I think…so that …(I’m thinking…)…could be a channel/focus for his emotions and also all of the intense training etc involved …and he doesn’t have the outlet for that energy atm…and that could figure in…but it’s feeling a bit that he’s quite an intolerant person and it’s all about him….(…I’m thinking more in terms of the bedroom noise etc….)…

However he's at least doing something in there, good or bad, and NOT being false like Kerry for instance.

There seems to be a wave of dislike for Paul and admittedly I'm not his biggest fan either but I've personally not seen all of his bad bits. Perhaps he comes across even worse on LF
