That isn't what's happening here, you could say Ali picks on Khaled and doesn't like him but she's not gaslighting him

It would be gaslighting if Ali went around and told everyone that Khaled was fake, and maybe even said to his face he was fake. Then the next day when he went to talk to her about it she denied ever saying him and told him he's mental,he must have imagined that. And she started doing that regularly
