It actually isn't gaslighting. Gaslighting is when a person tries to make you feel like you are going crazy for things that are actually happening but they convince you are not and your mad for thinking it. That isn't what's happening here, you could say Ali picks on Khaled and doesn't like him but she's not gaslighting him

It would be gaslighting if Ali went around and told everyone that Khaled was fake, and maybe even said to his face he was fake. Then the next day when he went to talk to her about it she denied ever saying him and told him he's mental,he must have imagined that. And she started doing that regularly

more times than I can recall he is confused and looking at her with a "EH, WHAT, NO I DIDNT" look on his face


Yesterday when he quite rightly said "now can you understand how hard it was for me to make decisions as HoH? she cut him off and said "why make this about me"??

ignoring the fact she was HOH and had just made a tough decision (one that led her to tears later)

Her actions and behaviour is all to trigger Khaled into thinking he's the bad person. The way she's telling him not to talk to her and how they'll go their separate ways as she tells him he's performing for the cameras,whilst being very aware of the camera's herself. We can agree she's hypocritical and calculating surely ? .

She has a way of turning a whole conversation into a full blown row, she's actually quite dangerous in how she conducts herself. At this rate Khaled will be some evil monster , she's already lying and putting words into his mouth...and actually mimicked him and said he went " ha ha " , he never laughed at her being HOH . Alot of what she's doing is projection aswell ,and she needs a mirror

…yeah, there’s no gas-lighting…I feel that gas-lighting has become one of those new buzz word expressions that’s just thrown out as a label…and that’s also how things begin to lose their meaning because it all becomes overused…Ali seems to have controlling aspects to her character and can try to manipulate to gain that control in situations and then close others down as a response…I mean, conversations are easy to have in exactly the way you’d like them if you’re the only one speaking, aren’t they…?……but it’s not gaslighting…that’s another fish entirely…

Agreed, it's the same type of people who say she is a bully

It's not persistent, they actually made up and we saw bridges being built which were then burned when he said she was point scoring. Had he waited until next day it probably wouldn't have had same reaction
