jokes aside, he gets unnecessary hate for being too nice I think he is genuinely a nice guy and I like that he has the bravery to bring his Christianity to the house, I know Khaled and Hanah brought their religion too but nobody will have a bad word to say about that, even last night when he said Ali could have his coin, she eyed him with suspicion and then rewarded him by bitching with Nathan about him in the garden, although they both agreed he was a nice guy and that he is very funny but that was not enough for them this was a clip on L and L btw

They see Segun as a weak cowardly and they think it's funny to mock him with his faith,and they see it as him being caught out . They know they can't mock Hanah as she'll slap them down (not physically of course lol) , even Nathan ignorantly assumed Segun could just easily convert for Hanah...as if it's as simple as changing a pair of shoes.

I'm glad I'm not the only one to notice Segun's kind gesture of offering Ali his coin. But of course she's suspicious of it.

In her words " Segun is just trying to look good and like a nice person" , Ali still got half her message aswell thanks to Marcello . Imo both Hanah and Segun have been dishonest about their feelings for eachother, difference is Segun has been a bit silly & naive by putting the blame mainly on Hanah.
