I have a police siren alarm and it goes of 5 times, every 5 minutes from when its set.. and you have to press it every single time..
And its across the room aswell, so it gets me out of bed.

But just recently, almost every day the last week my lady friend has woken me up in the morning 7/8 times by phoning me 1/8 by hugging me thats the best way to wake up.

on a weekday or if we going somewhere i have 2 alarms one which beeps and i swear is so loud i reckon it wakes whole street then 10 minutes later in case of snoozing the alarm on radio comes on so its whatever on the radio at time, add in daughter asking for breakfast into it as well and i can just about get up
on a weekend when i dont have daughter at home i dont set any

Most of the time I awake naturally, however if I have to be up for something I'll set my phone alarm, I always keep my mobile under my pillow when I'm in bed.
