Yes but it never will be because there are too many religious nutters in parliament......
However if it were legalised then licences should not be given to workers taking drugs........This is to ensure that workers are not exploited by an addiction rather than a genuine choice of being a prostitute....... I see nothing wrong in establishments being in town areas after all what goes on behind closed doors is private and not visible to the public or children as long as the title of the premises is diplomatic....... Anyone abducting or forcing women in to prostition if found guilty should be executed....... |
