I dont get them, I always have a pint or two of water before sleeping. That helps rehydrate the brain and flush the toxins from the body.
Queasy stomach - have a fry up/or egg based meal - lots of protein. Dehydrated - Irn Bru/Vimto/Red Bull etc Top tip though if you have a headache dont take paracetamol, take anything but. Believe it or not it will make you feel even queasier. Last edited by Shasown; 13-06-2010 at 04:37 PM. |
