Stepping off a pavement can cause injuries. Accidents happen. They were wearing safety gear, knee pads, elbow pads and a helmet (seriously, a helmet!)to run up a little incline. No one had a gun at their heads. Shame she hurt herself, but c'est la vie.

yep I agree, the world has gone crazy with the whole compensation thing, she went on BB, she knew there would be tasks, it's probably a good job that it's the last BB because if she sues them and cleans up we'd probably have gotten scrabble and monopoly as next years tasks!
