It becomes an expectations game.
in fact, she has been singing from the beginning. not worse than this and a few times slightly better.
Then she annoyed the hell out of everyone with the rapping shouting thing so you could say 'wow look she can rap too!'.
Then she returned to the 'evening gown solo' (which we predicted) for the quite emotional song.
Which makes everyone say 'wow! see she is a lady and a real singer!'.

But seriously - despite best efforts that is not good singing. Great song choice but not great singing.
Sorry.
Play her segment. Then play Rebecca. wow.. what a difference!

*then again Rebecca hasn't proved she can rap and 'dance' like a tard so there you go.
