Hour 6 will be an exemption and hour 15? Also, we can't post the hour twice in a row? But we can post it more than once as long as there is a gap between when I post the hour and then somebody else posts the next?

Gash, basically all you need to do is see when the last hour was posted. This will be shown by whoever posted it. See above posts.

So like if, for example, Turtle posted 'Hour3' at 4:00PM then 05:00pm WOULD BE 'HOUR4'.
