I think it has more to do with 'when' a newbie joins. I joined about the time of the Ben, Mario, and JJJ debates. Although for the most part I had no big problems with the supporters of JJJ, I always seemed to have a Molette or two on my back. So it was a lot with who supported whom in BB11 at that time, so it was more to do with that than having troubles with some members. Since then, I have managed to gauge most of the style and wit of the posters, especially the more prolific posters and get where some are coming from and with better understanding hopefully. This helps in how I relate then to posts There will always be a very few members who get on my wick, but that is the same as people in the outside world, you just can't gel with everyone as there will always be those clashes with some, but hopefully can a majority of them.

I agree Suze,really strong and enlightening post, I was a Ben supporter and got some jjames people getting at me but that was part of the debate as you say.
You are right in your statement as to getting used to the way posters post their comments, it takes time to work out where they are coming from and how they mean things.I try to do that and think in the main I manage to.
