Thank you guys it was just really, I dunno, liberating, I've always known I've had a lot of problems that I kept under the surface but I didn't realise.. just how many, LOL. The next day I just felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and ever since I've been happy and doing lots to sort myself out. I've arranged things with friends and family for every day for the rest of this week after work, for example, whereas before I would just come home from work and sit and be bored and lonely.
