you do realise that 'both' of them would have to walk to the scene of the crime.

I don't know & I don't care tbh, maybe one of them got a knife to cut a cake and went and stabbed someone else in the room sure it's incredibly unlikely but it's a hypothetical situation, the practicalities of doing such a thing aren't what the question's about..

Yeah but there's a plethora of reasons as to how or why it would happen. Maybe one twin got other people to subdue the other and take them to the crime?

Given that blood vessels if they were joined at the hip - that would affect the other one surely? they share the same brain, same nervous system, same blood supply etc.
