I never said it, nor did I imply it.

I pointed out that initially he wanted to transfer prisoners to mainland US prisons, or in some cases transfer them back to their countries of origin. Obviously only the ones that came from countries he would expect to keep them in detention.

Do you actually read what is written or just pick out the odd word and then string a new and unrelated meaning to other peoples posts on forums?
