I can imagine this sort of story must absolutely infuriate you - it certainly does me. Your brother, through no fault of his own suffers from a disability for which he requires essential equipment, yet the funding is erratic if not non-existent. However, parasites like this scumbag defraud the system of money they invariably don't actually
need, but to which they feel some sort of entitlement. Absolutely disgraceful. The punishments for these sorts of crime need to always be custodial, otherwise where is the deterrent?
