actually there's a sex offender/pedophile registry. Especially Pedos are very restricted. They cannot live within 100 yards within a school/Daycare/playground/anything that involves kids. Also in some states they have to have notices saying they're Pedos and they have to alert everyone within the neighborhood face to face.

People who do perform rape are put into the registry so anyone can look them up as well.

There's other problems America have to worry about first. Like Healthcare/Social Security, The Border with Mexico, Debt Problem before rape cases and pedos.

You might say that but howcome America has alot of rapists and paedophiles reoffending? don't get me wrong it happens over here aswell but that's more due to it being a holiday camp and the short prison sentences.
