People in that business want to make as much cash as possible, it's no different from models being chosen for what they look like imo at the end of the day teenage girls will buy "music" by goodlooking boys over ugly ones, fact of life, it's more their fault then the producers who make these bands. If there was a market for talented but not so goodlooking boy bands then they'd choose the best singers imo
