look at local government corruption, exactly how many work for your council? how much corruption and waste? where do you go to get it investigated? exactly how many people work in the complaints depatrment? Ill bet the ratio is worse than 1 person per 1000 employees investigating corruption. even then youve got 2 hopes of a thorough independent investigation, bob hope and no hope
