That. If you have a juicer, doing a 3 day juice detox will do a lot, and you won't be tricking your body into thinking you're starving so it shuts down. What it really does it help get you over the levels of salt and sugar and chemicals your body has adjusted to as being "normal".

(I don't mean drinking grapefruit for 3 days, but making actual juice blends that include everything you need to survive. The safe programs also include whole, raw fruit and veg that can't be juiced to make sure you still get the protein you need.)
