Sorry to be a pain in the arse here but any go to crash diets like cereal diets etc are completely pointless IMO, anything you lose will be half or more water weight and you will pile it back on when you start eating normally again.
Best thing you can do is just stick to a good diet + exercise routine. If you need to then do a (safe) detox to kick start your metabolism first. |
