When I was 16 a friend of mine found a summer job working for the council and he was allowed to invite friends to help... I think I was the only one who did in hindsight. Anyway, all we had to do was put exam results onto the council database at this highschool's computer lounge. It was ridiculously laidback (like 9am-1pm LOL, and we kept going for fish and chips at lunch and playing football in the school's fields) and I got £250~ for 8 days (well, 8x4hrs lol) work. Seemed an amazing sum at the time
