Its private health not NHS so ive paid alot for it so cant be travelling to London to get turned away just before going on the table (and no its not plastic surgery) lol.

Do I really have to tell them every little thing ive taken, ive give up the alcohol and smoking for 6 weeks, eating healthy, exercising and after medicals everything is spot on. Like im in perfect working order.

I thought it was just don't eat 6 hours before and obviously don't be out partying leading up to it.
