And with your Bartender argument, if the Bartender didn't know the child and they looked 18, then of course I can understand if they accidently sold the child Alcohol, I would like to think that most of us would because by the time that I was 14 I knew not to dupe 18/19 year old girls into sleeping with me (like they ever would anyway lol) and I knew not to try and get Alcohol for myself by duping adults.
So yes the responsibility is with the children at that point.
